Founder, Celeste Hippolyte, is a business strategist and innovator with expertise in human capital management. She received her Master's in Human Resource Management and Development from New York University. She has been an HR leader and innovator at companies such as Bank of America, Google, Lyft, and Epic Games. She has also advised founders and senior leaders at start-up companies on creating teams with a diverse set of skills, growing their customer base authentically, engaging and developing the incredible talent they possess, and sustaining partnerships that drive revenue through people-first programmatic initiatives.

Celeste loves people and sees every opportunity as a way to encourage people toward a common goal. Celeste hails from Brooklyn, NY, but is now a Charlotte resident. She is a Posse Foundation and Dickinson College alumna, and she firmly believes that it is God's grace that has gotten her this far.
